These Terms of Use govern your use of the unlockHabit mobile application ("App") developed by swatlabcodebot ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
unlockHabit offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans through Apple In-App Purchase:
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access to Pro features until then. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
A free plan is available with up to 3 active habits and access to core features. No payment information is required to use the free plan.
All habit data you create in the App (habits, completions, goals) is stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We are not liable for any data loss due to device failure, app deletion, or other causes.

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
